Jitu99 Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide Use of Our Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and jitu99 ("Platform", "We", or "Company"), operating under a gaming license recognized and regulated by an accredited international regulatory body.

Jitu99 provides an online gaming platform covering sports betting, live casino games, fish shooting games, bingo, and various other game categories. All services provided are subject to this Agreement, our privacy policy, and any additional guidelines that may be issued from time to time.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the jitu99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not residing in a region or territory where the use of online gaming platforms is fully prohibited by local law.
• Never having been previously dismissed, suspended, or officially banned from the jitu99 platform.
• Acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business entity, organisation, or other individual.

Jitu99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze or closure.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jitu99 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all related accounts along with forfeiture of existing balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your ID, correct date of birth, a valid phone number, and an active email address. Providing false information is a direct breach of this Agreement.

• The account name must match the name of the registered bank account owner used for withdrawals.
• Your registered phone number will be used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and important communications.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring your account information is always kept up to date.
• Registration using another person's identity or fabricated information is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

Jitu99 supports multiple deposit methods including direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods. All deposits are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for all payment methods.
• Daily maximum deposit: Subject to account level and completed KYC verification.
• Funds will be credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes after bank verification.
• Jitu99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may impose its own charges.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the jitu99 account holder's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Jitu99 members may withdraw to a registered local bank account or e-wallet at any time, provided applicable rollover requirements have been met. Bank withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours, while e-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Subject to membership tier and account history.
• Bank accounts and e-wallets registered for withdrawals must be under the same name as the jitu99 account.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification, including a copy of your ID and proof of address.
• Jitu99 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• If a withdrawal is delayed by more than 24 hours without any communication, please contact our support immediately.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Jitu99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the respective promotion's terms, and those conditions form part of this Agreement.

• Rollover requirement: Most deposit bonuses require a wagering amount (rollover) before withdrawals are permitted. The rollover value and eligible games will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Each member is eligible for each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-account usage, hedging, or use of automated software — jitu99 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated wins.
• Jitu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with prior notice to members.

7 Game Rules

All games on the jitu99 platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency in every game outcome. Our game providers comply with strict international standards for accuracy and fairness.

• The results of all games are final upon completion. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be submitted within 24 hours.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay that affects the outcome will be investigated and resolved based on our system records, which serve as the single source of truth.
• The use of assistance software, automated bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Jitu99 reserves the right to void any bets or games involving pricing errors, system errors, or any other identified extraordinary circumstances.
• For Sports Betting, minimum and maximum betting limits are displayed above each market. These limits may vary depending on event popularity and market conditions.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. jitu99 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Anyone claiming to be a jitu99 representative and requesting your password is a scammer.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. This is a free feature available to all members.
• Do not share your account login details with anyone, including family members.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support immediately to request a temporary freeze.
• Jitu99 is not liable for losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.
• Logging in from a new device or unfamiliar location will automatically trigger additional verification for your security.

9 Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jitu99 platform and may result in immediate account closure without notice:

• Owning or attempting to own more than one active account.
• Using false personal information or another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through our platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technologies to access or interact with the platform without authorization.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the game system or misappropriate funds from the platform (chip dumping, match-fixing, and so on).
• Abusing the bonus system through methods that contradict the original promotional intent.
• Spreading false information about the jitu99 platform publicly with the intent to damage our reputation.

10 Account Closure

Members may close their jitu99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be returned to the original payment method once the required verification is completed.

Jitu99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• The member has violated any term within this Agreement.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Balances in inactive accounts will be subject to a maintenance fee of RM 5 per month after 12 months of inactivity.
• Information provided during registration was found to be inaccurate or misleading.

11 Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the jitu99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using our platform, you agree to the data collection and processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Liability Disclaimer

Jitu99 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions on the member's end.
• Game or betting outcomes that do not favour the member — this is an inherent part of the nature of chance-based games.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to platform information due to the member's own negligence.
• Any taxes or tax obligations arising from a member's wins are the member's sole responsibility under applicable local laws.

Jitu99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
